Serenade Bot (Discord Bot)
Serenade Bot provides stream notifications, SerenadeAI-powered chat integration, and utility features on Discord.
User Responsibilities
- Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Do not use the bot for illegal activities, spam, or abuse.
- Respect rate limits and usage restrictions.
Serenade Tools (Dashboard & Twitch Extension)
Serenade Tools provides a web dashboard, request management (GD & CH), library syncing, and a Twitch extension.
User Responsibilities
- Comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.
- Do not manipulate the request queues or dashboard APIs maliciously.
- Ensure any content synced or requested complies with platform rules.
Overlay System & Asset Uploads
- Copyright & Licensing: You must own or have explicit permission to use any assets you upload for your overlays. We are not liable for copyright infringement caused by user uploads.
- Content Moderation: Do not upload explicit, illegal, or malicious content. We reserve the right to remove assets or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior warning.
- Storage Limits: Users are granted a limited storage quota (currently 250MB per user). We reserve the right to adjust these limits or delete unused assets after prolonged inactivity.
Availability & Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for damages resulting from use, loss of data, or actions by third-party services. We reserve the right to terminate access at any time.
