Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Serenade Bot, Serenade Tools, and Serenade BranchLinks (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Serenade BranchLinks (Bio-Link Pages)

Serenade BranchLinks lets you build a single, customizable public page that links out to your other profiles and content.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content, links, and images published on your BranchLinks page.
Do not use your page to link to illegal, malicious, or explicit content, or to impersonate another person, streamer, or brand.
Page names are allocated first-come, first-served, and are not guaranteed to remain reserved if left inactive for an extended period.

Uploaded Images & Feature Limits

Copyright & Licensing: You must own or have explicit permission to use any background or button images you upload to your page. We are not liable for copyright infringement caused by user uploads.
Content Moderation: Do not upload explicit, illegal, or malicious content. We reserve the right to remove assets, take down a page, or terminate an account that violates this policy without prior warning.
Feature Limits: The number of pages, branches, and links available to you depends on your subscription tier, and these limits may change at any time.

Payments & Subscriptions

Where premium tiers are offered, payments are processed entirely by Discord's own billing system (Server/User Subscriptions). One-off purchases such as request boosts are paid for with Twitch Bits and verified directly with Twitch. Serenade never receives, processes, or stores your card or payment details — we only receive confirmation that a valid payment was made. Refunds, billing disputes, and accepted payment methods are governed by Discord's or Twitch's own policies, not by us. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Discord settings.

Age Requirements

Serenade's products are built on top of Discord and Twitch and inherit their minimum age requirements. You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's and/or Twitch's Terms of Service (currently 13) to use any Serenade product.

Availability & Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Serenade product at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Serenade evolves. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use our products after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Serenade Bot Terms (Discord Bot)

Serenade Bot provides stream notifications, moderation, and utility features on Discord.

User Responsibilities

Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Do not use the bot for illegal activities, spam, or abuse.
Respect rate limits and usage restrictions.
Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bot's moderation, verification, or points reward systems.

Serenade Tools Terms (Dashboard & Twitch Extension)

Serenade Tools provides a web dashboard, request management (Geometry Dash & Clone Hero), overlays, and a Twitch extension.

User Responsibilities

Comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.
Do not manipulate request queues, overlay data, or dashboard APIs maliciously.
Ensure any content synced or requested complies with platform rules.

Overlay System & Asset Uploads

Copyright & Licensing: You must own or have explicit permission to use any assets you upload for your overlays. We are not liable for copyright infringement caused by user uploads.
Content Moderation: Do not upload explicit, illegal, or malicious content. We reserve the right to remove assets or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior warning.
Storage Limits: Users are granted a limited storage quota. We reserve the right to adjust these limits or delete unused assets after prolonged inactivity.
